Agreement

These terms form the agreement between the customer and ITECK TELEMATICS VEHICLE TRACKING LLC for access to and use of the iEmployee platform.

Service description

iEmployee provides workforce management functionality as described on this website and in the customer's order documentation.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of employee data, for configuring the service in line with its own workforce policy, and for informing employees about how the service is used.

Subscription and fees

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. A fixed one-time platform fee applies at onboarding. All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used unlawfully, nor to monitor individuals outside the scope of a legitimate and disclosed workforce policy.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
