Platform data
Within the platform, the employing organization is the controller of employee data. iEmployee processes that data on the organization's instructions.
Location data
Location is captured only when an employee performs an authorised location-based action, such as attendance check-in, check-out or recording a field visit. Location is not tracked continuously.
Retention
Retention periods are configured with each customer organization and set out in the applicable agreement.

Requests relating to personal data can be sent to privacy@iemployee.ae. Employees should contact their employing organization in the first instance.
