Is VAT included?
No. AED 50 per employee per year is exclusive of applicable VAT. VAT and any custom integration charges are itemized before confirmation.
Is the platform fee charged every year?
No. It is a fixed one-time fee at onboarding, charged once per company account rather than per employee, and not repeated on renewal.
How is iEmployee billed?
Annually, on one consolidated company invoice.
What if our headcount changes mid-year?
Additions are handled per your agreement — typically pro-rated at the next invoice.
Who processes the payment?
Payment is processed by ITECK TELEMATICS VEHICLE TRACKING LLC, the legal operator of the platform.
